Kobe Bryant Victim Photos

The NBA season started tonight, and the Kobe Bryant story that is sure to dominate the year. It is sad that so much attention will be turned to this story instead of to others that actually have an impact on our lives and our society.

No doubt, there will be plenty of photographs coming out during the trial. Photographers need to make a living. So if a celebrity trial is where the money is, that is where they need to go. It’s just a shame that all the talent assembled at this trial couldn’t be turned loose on more important stories.

Grazia Neri has some great insight into ethics and photography. Good stuff to think about if you’re looking to shoot, or just looking for, Kobe Bryant victim photos.

They do not look at and do not choose from the incredible number of images produced by so many photographers on major stories. They prefer to choose from among photographs published in other papers from which the audience impact has already been tested, and those most similar to television pictures.

Photographer Baggage Regulations

ASMP, the American Society of Media Photographers, announced that it is working with the TSA, Transportation Security Administration, to change the regulations regarding the number of carry-on bags a photographer may take on board an aircraft.

They’re hoping to revise the regulations to permit photographers to carry on one additional bag above the current two-bag limit. The extra bag would need to contain photographic cameras or other photographic equipment.

Kodak's 3Q Profits Are Down

For photographers of a certain age, there use to be nothing but the Great Yellow Father in Rochester.

Kodak has been courageous in helping to lead the way into the digital future. I use high-end Kodak digital cameras in my corporate photography business. For my money, they are the best digital cameras on the market.

Eastman Kodak Co., betting its future on digital photography as it wrestles with a three-year slump in film sales, posted a 63 percent drop in third-quarter profit but handily beat Wall Street's forecasts.

European Female Photographers

Womenphotographers.com offers online portfolios for women photographers. The cost per year is minimal. This is a much needed addition to the directories of photographers that are out there.

They have a lot of European female photographers in their directory, primarily from the UK.
